RUTEC hit detection – everything in view
Materials for target display and hit detection in indoor shooting ranges.
For digital target display we offer two media. We have been supplying our RUTEC R3000 projection paper for many years. The opaque black polyethylene layer between two layers of kraft paper prevents show-through and gives the material additional stability. RUTEC R3000 is available in 190 g/m² and 250 g/m² and in various roll widths.
For systems with thermal hit detection we supply projection screens made of white, natural rubber-based RUTEC R1267. Such systems detect hits by the temperature difference that occurs when a bullet penetrates the projection surface. Natural rubber largely closes bullet holes again – depending on calibre, ammunition and material thickness.
As a 0.8 mm thin reflective film, the light-coloured R1267 is also suitable for infrared hit detection, for example in indoor shooting ranges and shooting cinemas.
