Mobile bullet trap R6000.

The front consists of hollow-chamber blocks made of rubber granulate, backed by a bed of RUTEC R5000 bullet trap granulate.

The housing (bottom, sides, lid) is made of sheet steel, the rear wall of wear-resistant steel (HB 500). It can be moved to its place of use with a pallet truck or forklift. Energy limits and restrictions for each version, e.g. regarding ammunition types and angle of fire, are stated in our quotation; approval for a specific range is given by the locally responsible shooting range expert.

Behind the blocks there is a bed of RUTEC R5000 granulate, which stops projectiles that penetrate a block. Granulate can be refilled through a lid on the top. A polyurethane separating plate between the granulate and the blocks prevents the granulate from slipping out when individual blocks are replaced. The square blocks can be rotated by 90 degrees and thus used more evenly; they must be checked regularly for wear and position.

Before first use, the steel parts at the base of the bullet trap facing the shooter must be fitted with ricochet protection; fire only frontally at the block surface. Tracer, hard-core and armour-piercing ammunition is not permitted; expanding bullets shorten the service life of the blocks.
