Our Shootstop bullet catchers offer shooters a cost-effective and environmentally friendly system for a wide variety of calibers and disciplines.

Due to numerous reports on health and environmental hazards in the area of shooting ranges, we have placed our focus on the development of bullet trap systems that ensure that lead dust does not enter the environment and that resources are not wasted unnecessarily.

Our Shootstop bullet trap box is a result of this development. It consists of powder-coated ST37 structural steel with a thickness of 3 mm and has a lid for filling. The standard box has a fire area 480 mm wide, 600 mm high and 500 mm deep. The front made of self-closing, physiologically harmless hot melt adhesive granulate sheets (R95) is divided into three equally sized segments (40 mm thick, 500 mm wide and 200 mm high). These are simply screwed onto the box from behind. In addition, the box is filled with approx. 60 kg Shootstop granulate.

The special formulation of the R95 granulate, which also forms the basis of the front panels, offers a wide range of advantages. Shootstop R95 is self-extinguishing according to DIN 53438 F1 or DIN 4102 B1. Due to the low density of 0.95 g / cm³ the granulate can be separated from bullets easily and directly on site. The possibility of recycling can save both financial and material resources. The material can be melted down again as required and poured into new sheets. From our point of view, this represents great added value for sustainability and environmental protection.
